Why can we promise all that? Because ChatT is sovereign: it doesn't run in a foreign company's data centre, but on Internet Computer cloud engines hosted entirely in Pakistan. Your account, your messages and your media are held in smart contracts on machines inside the country, under Pakistani jurisdiction — there's no server bill paid for with your data, and no foreign company holding your conversations.
